Recipe: Lobster Pad See Ew Ramen Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- Ramen noodles - 6 oz
- Peanut oil - 2 tbsp
- Chicken, boneless and cut into small pieces - 4 oz
- Broccoli florets - 3 oz
- Red pepper, sliced - 6 oz
- Garlic, minced - 1 tsp
- Lobster sauce - 1 tbsp
- Scallions, slivered - 2 tsp
Preparation
Ramen Noodles are precooked and ready to use. Defrost noodles under running water or blanch in hot water for 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain excess water.
In a large skillet or wok, heat peanut oil and cook chicken until finished. Add broccoli florets and garlic and cook more.
Add noodles and stir in lobster sauce.
Garnish with scallions and serve.
